اثر پودر کلم بروکلی (Brassica oleracea var. gemmifera L. ) بر برخی شاخصهای موکوس ماهی کپور معمولی (Cyprinous carpio ) | ||

چکیده | ||
این تحقیق بهمنظور بررسی تاثیر سطوح مختلف ( 0، 2/0، 5/0 و 1 درصد ) کلم بروکلی (Brassica oleracea var. gemmifera L ) بر پارامترهای پروتئین کل، آلکالین فسفاتاز و فعالیت ضدباکتریایی موکوس ماهی کپور معمولی ( Cyprinous carpio ) انجام شد. در این تحقیق 300 ماهی کپور در 12 تانک فایبرگلاس 400 لیتری ( هر تانک شامل 25 ماهی ) با وزن متوسط اولیه 24/0±11/2 گرم به مدت 8 هفته به میزان روزانه 3درصد از وزن بدن مورد تغذیه قرار داده شدند. در پایان دوره نتایج نشان داد که میزان پروتئین کل ( TOP ) موکوس در تیمار با 1 درصد کلم بروکلی نسبت به سایر تیمارها و گروه شاهد دارای اختلاف معنادار می باشد (P0.05 ). در پایان می توان نتیجه گرفت که به نظر میرسد، میزان 1 درصد کلم بروکلی در جیره غذایی کپور معمولی باعث تقویت سیستم ایمنی می گردد. | ||
