| سابقه و هدف: بخش مهمی از عدم موفقیت بلندمازو در جنگلکاریها به مبدأ جغرافیایی بذر و نهال و تأثیر آن در استقرار مربوط است. خلأ ارزیابیهای منطقهی پرونانسی برای تعیین شعاع انتقال بذر و نهال و نیز اثرات پایههای مادری روی استقرار و رشد نهالها در نهالستانها و جنگلکاریهای محلی که رابطه مستقیم با تغییرات اقلیمی دارد، کاملا محسوس است. از اینرو، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تغییرپذیری صفات جوانهزنی بذر و ویژگیهای رشد اولیه نونهالهای بلندمازو در مبداءهای بذری مختلف جنگلهای هیرکانی انجام شد. مواد و روشها: بذور بلندمازو از 3 رویشگاه جنگلهای هیرکانی (اسالم در گیلان، نکا در مازندران و لوه در گلستان) و هریک در سه گرادیان ارتفاعی (پایینبند، میانبند و بالابند) جمعآوری گردید و در ایستگاه تحیقات جنگل و مرتع پاسند کشت شدند. در مجموع بذرهای ۹ مبدأ و ۹۰ درخت مادری (10 درخت مادری از هر مبداء بذر) طی یک طرح آشیانهای تحت آزمون جوانهزنی و رشد نونهال قرار گرفتند. صفات جوانهزنی بذر شامل توانایی جوانهزنی، میانگین مدت زمان جوانهزنی، سرعت جوانهزنی، طول و وزن خشک ریشهچه و ساقهچه و نسبتهای طول ریشهچه به ساقهچه مورد بررسی قرار گیرند. آزمایشات در قالب طرح آشیانهای و با استفاده از روشهای تجزیه واریانس یک متغیره با در نظر گرفتن خطای نوع اول مجاز پنج درصد میانگین و اثر تیمارهای مربوطه با استفاده از آزمون چند دامنهای SNK مورد مقایسه قرار گرفت. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد مبدأ بذر و پایههای مادری اثر معنیدار و گستردهای بر تمامی صفات جوانهزنی، شاخصهای رشد و وزن خشک نونهالهای بلندمازو دارند. بیشترین درصد جوانهزنی (8/89 درصد)، سرعت جوانهزنی (57/0 بذر در روز) و بالاترین شاخص بنیه بذر (78/18) در توده بذر حاصل از ارتفاعات بالاتر استان گلستان مشاهده شد، در حالیکه مشخصههای رویشی نونهالها (طول و قطر ساقه و وزن خشک اندامها) در رویشگاههای استان گیلان، خصوصاً پایینبند و میانبند، در بالاترین میزان قرار داشت. نونهالهای حاصل از بذرهای جنگل لوه (گلستان) دارای طول ریشه بیشتر و نسبت ریشه به ساقه بالاتری بودند که نشاندهنده مکانیسم سازگاری این جمعیت با شرایط گرمتر و خشکتر است. تحلیل همبستگی نشان داد عوامل رویشگاهی نظیر ارتفاع، جهت دامنه، تاجپوشش و شاخص بار گرمایی ارتباط معنیداری با برخی از صفات جوانهزنی و رشد نونهالهای بلندمازو داشتند. نتیجهگیری: بهطورکلی نتایج نشان داد نمیتوان بهصورت مطلق یک مبداء بذر بلندمازو را بهعنوان بهترین مبداء در جنگلهای هیرکانی معرفی نمود و تصمیمگیری در مورد مبدا بذر میتواند به اهداف پروژه بستگی داشته باشد. بنابراین توصیه میگردد در مواردی که استقرار سریع و نرخ بالای جوانهزنی بذر مدنظر است، از بذرهای استان گلستان استفاده شود، اما در مواردی که در نهالستان و یا عرصه مورد نظر افزایش سریعتر ارتفاع نهال و پتانسیل رویش بالاتر اندام هوایی نهالها بیشتر مدنظر است، استفاده از بذور مبداء گیلان، بویژه در ارتفاعات میانبند و پایینبند در اولویت قرار گیرد. هرچند باتوجه به تغییرپذیری معنیدار جوانهزنی و صفات رویشی نونهالها در پایههای مادری مختلف، اجرای مطالعات تکمیلی در این زمینه جهت جمعآوری و انتقال بذر بلندمازو در جنگلهای هیرکانی قابل توصیه است. | ||
