| سابقه و هدف: مکانیزاسیون برداشت چوب اگرچه به کاهش هزینهها و افزایش بهرهوری کمک میکند، اما رانندگان ماشینآلات را در معرض اختلالات اسکلتی-عضلانی ناشی از وضعیتهای نامناسب بدنی، نشستن طولانیمدت و ارتعاش تمام بدن قرار میدهد. اختلالات اسکلتی-عضلانی یکی از مهمترین مشکلات شغلی در میان اپراتورهای ماشینآلات جنگلداری است که میتواند منجر به کاهش بهرهوری، افزایش تأخیرهای کاری و هزینههای درمانی شود. با توجه به اینکه تاکنون مطالعه جامعی در زمینه ارزیابی وضعیت بدنی رانندگان ماشینآلات چوبکشی در ایران انجام نشده است، این تحقیق با هدف ارزیابی و مقایسه وضعیت بدنی رانندگان دو ماشین چوبکشی شامل اسکیدر چرخلاستیکی Timberjack 450C و تراکتور کشاورزی ITM 285 در جنگلکاریهای غرب استان گیلان انجام شد. مواد و روشها: این مطالعه از نوع مقطعی-مشاهدهای بود و دادههای میدانی در تابستان ۱۴۰۳ جمعآوری شد. جمع آوری داده ها برای اسکیدر چرخلاستیکی در قطعه ۱۲ سری پیلمبرا و برای تراکتور کشاورزی در قطعه 5 سری هفت دغنان انجام شد. وضعیت بدنی اپراتورها در مراحل مختلف کاری شامل حرکت بدون بار، استقرار، وینچ کردن بار، حرکت با بار، باز کردن بار و مرتبسازی و انباشت برای اسکیدر و مراحل حرکت بدون بار، جمعآوری بار، حرکت با بار و تخلیه برای تراکتور با دوربین فیلمبرداری ثبت شد. سپس با روش نمونهبرداری لحظهای و سیستم تحلیل وضعیت کاری اوواکو (OWAS) مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. در مجموع برای اسکیدر ۲۶۵۲ تصویر و برای تراکتور ۵۵۳۹ تصویر تحلیل شد. شاخص خطر وضعیت بدنی (PRI) نیز بر اساس فراوانی پوسچرها در سطوح اقدام اصلاحی محاسبه شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین فراوانی وضعیتهای بدنی برای رانندگان اسکیدر و تراکتور در سطح اقدام ۲ (نیاز به اصلاح در آینده نزدیک) به ترتیب برابر با ۰۸/۶۷ درصد و ۰۶/۷۳ درصد بود. سطح اقدام ۱ (بدون نیاز به اصلاح) برای اسکیدر ۶۷/۳۲ درصد و برای تراکتور ۶۸/۲۴ درصد مشاهده شد. سطح اقدام ۳ (نیاز به اصلاح سریع) برای اسکیدر ۱۵/۰ درصد و برای تراکتور ۲۶/۲ درصد بود و سطح اقدام ۴ (نیاز به اصلاح فوری) برای هیچیک از ماشینآلات مشاهده نشد. شاخص خطر وضعیت بدنی برای اسکیدر ۱۶۷ و برای تراکتور ۱۷۷ محاسبه شد که نشاندهنده ریسک بالاتر در تراکتور است. راننده اسکیدر ۹ وضعیت بدنی مختلف و راننده تراکتور ۱۲ وضعیت بدنی مختلف اتخاذ کردند. در عملیات با اسکیدر، بیشترین فراوانی پوسچرها مربوط به کد ۲۱۱۱ (حرکت با بار) با ۱۳۶۰ مورد و کد ۳۱۱۱ (وینچ کردن بار) با ۷۶۲ مورد بود. در تراکتور، بیشترین فراوانی مربوط به کد ۲۱۱۱ در مراحل مختلف با ۳۵۷۷ مورد بود. بررسی وضعیت اندامها نشان داد که در اسکیدر، تنه در مراحل مختلف عمدتاً در وضعیتهای ۲ و ۳ قرار داشت، بازوها بیشتر در وضعیت ۱ بودند و پاها به دلیل نشسته بودن اپراتور عمدتاً در وضعیت ۱ قرار داشتند. در تراکتور، تنه در مراحل مختلف تنوع بیشتری داشت و پاها گاهی در وضعیتهای ۲ و ۳ (ایستاده) نیز مشاهده شدند. نتیجهگیری: اگرچه هر دو ماشین در سطح ریسک متوسط قرار دارند، اما طراحی تخصصیتر کابین اسکیدر، وضعیت نشسته پایدار، و تمرکز بیشتر بر کنترلهای داخل کابین منجر به وضعیتهای بدنی مطلوبتر و شاخص خطر پایینتر شده است. در مقابل، تراکتور کشاورزی به دلیل طراحی غیرتخصصی، نبود کابین استاندارد و نیاز به جابهجایی مکرر بین وضعیتهای نشسته و ایستاده، وضعیتهای بدنی متنوعتر و پرخطرتری را به همراه داشته است. اجرای اقداماتی مانند استراحتهای کوتاهمدت، حرکات کششی، آموزش وضعیت بدنی مناسب، بهبود طراحی صندلیها و کاهش مدتزمان کار مداوم برای کاهش اختلالات اسکلتی-عضلانی پیشنهاد میشود | ||
