چکیده | ||
این مطالعه باهدف سنجش اثر مدیریت مزرعه بر کارایی تولید بهرهبرداران ماهی قزلآلای رنگینکمان در استخرهای دومنظوره کشاورزی غرب استان اصفهان و تعیین شاخصهای آن صورت گرفت. در این مطالعه از شهرستانهای خوانسار، گلپایگان و فریدن 30 مزرعه به صورت طبقهای- تصادفی انتخاب شد و با مراجعه حضوری مستندات لازم درخصوص نهادههای مصرفی و تولید واقعی از طریق تکمیل پرسشنامه تهیه شد. به منظور بررسی کارایی فنی، از رهیافت پوششی دادهها بر مبنای مدل محصولگرا با بازده متغیر نسبت به مقیاس استفاده شد. پس از برآورد سطح مدیریت، رگرسیون این شاخص با کارایی و فاکتورهای عملکردی مزارع تحت بررسی برآورد گردید. بر طبق نتایج، متوسط کارایی سیستمهای پرورش ماهی با استفاده از تحلیل پوششی دادهها 08/0± 95/0 بدست آمد. تفاوت میانگین کارایی سه شهرستان معنیدار نبود. از نظر مصرف نهادهها، نتایج نشان داد اکثر نهادهها بجز برق مصرفی به صورت متعادل مصرف شدهاند و 8 مزرعه بیشتر از میزان مورد نیاز مصرف برق داشتهاند. نتایج بررسی ارتباط رگرسیونی نمره مدیریت و فاکتورهای عملکردی نشان داد که از شش فاکتور عملکردی، ارتباط دو فاکتور میزان انرژی مصرفی به ازای تولید هر کیلوگرم ماهی و میزان سود حاصل از تولید هر تُن ماهی، در سطح یک درصد با نمره مدیریت معنیدار بود. همچنین رگرسیون میزان مدیریت و سایر نهادههای مهم پرورش با میزان کارایی فنی به دست آمده معنیدار بود (01/0 ˂ P) و دو فاکتور میزان مدیریت و ساختار استخر در سطح یکدرصد ارتباط معنیداری با کارایی داشتند. بنابراین سازه نوین و مدیریت آبزیپرور بر کارایی مزارع بیشترین تاثیر را دارند. | ||
